Pressure Washing

Pressure washing is a highly effective method of cleaning surfaces using pressurized water. It involves using specialized equipment that sprays water at a high pressure to remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other debris from various surfaces. Pressure washing is commonly used on exterior surfaces such as sidewalks, driveways, decks and parking lots. We never pressure wash vinyl siding, stucco, roofs, etc, as it can damage the surface. Instead, we use soft washing to clean the surface.

The powerful stream of water generated by pressure washing equipment helps to loosen and eliminate tough stains, accumulated dirt, and even stubborn contaminants that may be deeply embedded in the surface. This method is particularly efficient for restoring the appearance of surfaces, enhancing their overall cleanliness, and improving curb appeal. It can also help extend the lifespan of surfaces by removing damaging substances that can accelerate wear and deterioration.

Pressure washing is a versatile cleaning solution that can be adjusted to different levels of pressure based on the specific surface being treated. It is essential to hire trained professionals who understand the appropriate pressure levels and techniques for each surface type, ensuring a thorough cleaning without causing damage.

Soft Washing

Soft washing is a gentle yet effective cleaning technique that utilizes low-pressure water and specialized cleaning solutions to remove dirt, algae, mildew, and other organic stains from surfaces. Unlike pressure washing, which relies on high-pressure water, soft washing focuses on the use of chemicals, detergents and a gentle rinse to achieve a thorough cleaning.

Soft washing is particularly suitable for delicate surfaces such as roofs, siding, stucco, and painted surfaces that can be easily damaged by high-pressure water. The cleaning solution used in soft washing contains chemicals that break down and kill organic growth, eliminating stains and preventing future growth.

By utilizing low-pressure spraying equipment, soft washing ensures that surfaces are thoroughly cleaned without causing any harm or damage. It is a safe and effective method for revitalizing and maintaining the appearance of surfaces, as well as extending their longevity by eliminating harmful organisms that can deteriorate the materials over time.

Wood/Deck Cleaning

Cleaning wood surfaces using a pressure washer can effectively remove dirt, grime, moss, and other debris, revitalizing the appearance of the wood. However, it's crucial to use the correct technique and pressure settings to prevent damage.

We use a lower pressure nozzle, being careful not to damage or gouge the wood, and keep our wand at a 45-degree angle. This angle helps prevent gouging or cutting into the wood. Starting from one end of the wood surface and working across, following the grain of the wood.
